We operate based on three year strategies.  Every three years, our Leadership & Ministry Teams get together to pray and seek what the LORD is calling us to focus on in the next three years.  

For the years 2021 - 2023, our strategy is called "IGNITE."  And we have 3 Targets.

Target #1 We want to ignite a passion for our MISSION of making more and better disciples.   

Target #2 We want to ignite our passion for reaching the NEXT GENERATION with the Gospel.  

Target #3 We want to ignite our passion for our CAMPUS, to make our facility a more attractive and functional place for ministry.
