Portraits of Hope
The Adopted in Him Ministry is looking for people interested in going “on the road” with our Portraits of Hope exhibit as we travel from church to church spreading the word about God’s heart for local foster children in need! It is our ministry’s intention to have a new church host our Portraits of Hope gallery every 3 – 5 weeks. We need to have a team of brothers and sisters in Christ with a heart for the orphan alongside us to help set up and break down the exhibit, transport it, encourage folks at host churches who are touched by what they see in Portraits of Hope, and be on hand to direct folks to the gallery’s literature which is available to answer FAQ’s about foster care and adoption. We need our team to be at the host churches each first Sunday that the exhibit is launched. This is a great opportunity for anyone who feels a calling to be an advocate for these children! The training for the Portraits of Hope Road Team will be Sunday, July 5th, from 12:30-1:30 at CCC.

Homeless Ministry
The homeless ministry is having a real impact on people's lives. As the warmer months approach, we are seeing the needs change. We will always be in need of blankets and socks, but now we are needing things like t-shirts and shorts. If you have these things and would like to donate them , we have a box in the church foyer - where you can place these items. If you would like to get involved or learn more about our Homeless Ministry see Thom or Michele Keeton.
